Organizer will arrange the start time according to the total number of participants and the relative participated category. Participants should start according to their own starting time, otherwise the result will not be counted for ranking. Any update will be announced on our website.
Each adult aged 18 or above can register for one 2.5KM Individual or 5KM Individual Race and one Team Race at most; but the above shall not apply in Family Obstacle Run .

E-Certificate of Achievement

E-certificate of achievement will be available for download from this website within one month after the event.

5KM Team Race
Church, School, and Social Services Units can send representatives to participate Team Race. Each Team consists of 5 Participants. Each Church and Social Services Unit can register for more than one Team, in which both Male and Female Participants should be included. Each School can register for one Male Team and one Female Team respectively. Each Participant is limited to joining 1 Team only. The result will be determined by the Participants’ total finishing time in each Team. Team Race Participants should start the Race according to their Individual Starting Time, otherwise their time will not be counted.

500M Team Race
Each Primary School can register for one Male Team and one Female Team respectively. Each Church can send representatives to participate for more than one Team Race (both Male and Female Participants should be included). Each Participant is limited to joining 1 Team only. Each Team consists of 5 Participants. All Team Members should be currently studying in the corresponding Primary School. The result will be determined by the Participants’ total finishing time in each Team. Team Race Participants should start the Race according to their Individual Starting Time, otherwise their time will not be counted.

Individual Race
